Mr. Von Esch has covered all phases of litigation including jury trials in personal injury and casualty matters, real estate, and construction defect. Having extensive experience in handling insurance claims such as auto, premises liability, and worker's compensation.

Mr. Von Esch has a unique perspective on the inner workings of the insurance industry. He frequently lectures to the insurance industry and has written numerous articles regarding investigation and handling of insurance claims.

Mr. Von Esch has exhibited his ability as a litigator on several occasions when he obtained confessions of fraud during examinations under oath. His trial skills have helped establish his reputation among the industry as an intellectual and effective trial force. He has assisted INTERPOL, NICB, DOI Bureau of Fraudulent Claims, local prosecutors and police agencies in matters of insurance fraud and perjury.

Mr. Von Esch is a member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, the Defense Research Institute, the American Insurance Services Group, and the Orange County Bar Association.

He has practiced law since 1977 after earning his law degree with Honors from Western State University. Mr. Von Esch is also an alum of UCLA where he earned his Bachelor of Arts.
