Robert Dean is the senior member of the firm and has litigated a broad range of legal matters. He carries a stellar reputation and is rated AV in the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. His vast experience includes matters of sexual discrimination and Federal EEOC cases.

Stan A. Grombchevsky dedicates a substantial portion of his practice to litigating cases of employee rights, especially sexual harassment and hostile work environment. Mr. Grombchevsky is admitted to practice in a number of courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, U.S. District Court Central District of California, as well as all of the State Courts of California.

Darren M. Harris became a partner with the firm in 2002. Mr. Harris was born in Montebello, California, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science from the University of California at Irvine in 1994.

W. Glenn Johnson has been a partner of Spray Gould and Bowers since 1987. His practice focuses on matters such as personal injury, sexual assault and sexual harassment.

Robert A. Von Esch III’s trial skills have helped establish his reputation among the industry as an intellectual and effective force. In his career, he has obtained confessions of fraud during examinations under oath. Additionally, he has assisted law enforcement agencies such as INTERPOL, NICB, DOI Bureau of Fraudulent Claims and local prosecutors in matters of insurance fraud and perjury.

Keith E. Walden has served as lead trial counsel in more than 50 civil jury trials over the course of his career. Additionally, Mr. Walden has handled hundreds of arbitrations and mediations on issues of employment discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination.
